Villa in Treasure Beach?

ok folks, i need your help.

we're looking for a villa suitable for two couples in TB. I'm used to staying at Lyric...and would like to find something comparable. we're bringing newbies this time.

comparable to lyric would look like this:

a cook
a pool
doesn't have to be fancy, just clean
DOES have to have hot water
a nice view
good location, walkable to jack sprats or someplace similar?

suggestions please. thanks peeps

that place looks good...but i don't see a pool. never stayed on that end of TB, is it walkable to places of interest?

i just hear its nice..its owned by somebody i know ..they had offered it to us last year when i was in Jamaica but i didn't get a chance to go down. it doesn't have a pool.
Im not that familar with TB so not sure how long a walk it is to places like jakes and jack sprat.

i like that button bay has a daily shuttle to calabash bay...and bikes available too.

looks like the pool is shared with other guests? and dining is via restaurant on property....could work though. the price is very reasonable. it's a little nervewracking to consider subjecting my friends to a place i've not tried out first.

if i can save some $$ in TB...i'll not feel bad splurging for Catcha Falling Star when we hit negril.

Not a villa, but a small inn. They do have a villa, Parrot Cottage, on the property, I think. Jamaican-owned, very hospitable, very laid back. We enjoyed it two years ago and plan to return. Taino Cove, Treasure Beach This is the owner, Winnie Hylton

a friend stayed at taino cove earlier this year

she loved it

the owner used to live in DC

I don't think Blue Marlin has a pool. They don't need a pool. They are on the best beach in TB.

I have never stayed there. I have stayed in a house next door. The place looks fabulous.
