Thanks Seveen...I'm going to try it....will let everyone know how it comes out....got some conch in the freezer right now....just need to beat the crap outta it!

I made the pumpkin conch soup today....added some sweet pepper and used roasted veg. soup base since I had no fish stock....it turned out very flavorful &amp; the conch was tender, since I did beat the h--- out of it and then cut it in small strips.
