I'm going to Kingston in may, looking for a cheap safe place to stay, I have a few that I've seen but I'd like to spend $40 US a night rather than $50 (even less than that would be great) anyone know of any spots? must be clean safe and have AC thanks! if worse comes to worse I'll pick one of the spots I know of but I'd love to save some dough1

Google Kingston Jamaica Hotels and see the rates for Morgan`s Harbour in Port Royal. Mayfair, Christar Villas, Sandhurst and perhaps the Four Seasons all in Kingston proper.

A vast list of Jamaica hotels. Those with numbers in brackets like (10) and (6) insinuate postal areas in Kingston.
Portmore hotels are cheap and are located only minutes out of Kingston.

Mi notice on the reviews that some of them are plagued by the same problems of yore, namely theft of guests property.

Thanks everyone! I may stay at Sandhurst or Mikuzi, I did Mikuzi last year and it was just fine, but they don't have a discount for a two week stay like last time... so sandhurst looks to be cheaper.
