yes, Ibero hotels are very nice

just be aware that they're not locally owned; guests there are fattening the pockets of some Spanish uber-corporation. any money spent for/at Iberostar goes right out of jamaica.

i'm sure there are loads - but i is sarry, i'm not familiar with MoBay accomodations, only Negril.

the only MoBay one i absolutely know that is locally O&amp;O is Glorianna, it's a comfy smaller place, but not a luxury A/I.

i've 'heard' that one of those big A/I hotel chains is locally O&amp;O - i &quot;think&quot; maybe Sandals or Breezes - but not sure exactly which one it is.

AH but u know what, Marilyn will know. Maybe she wih stop in here and respond, or u can PM her (IF she would EVER clean out her dang PM box)

Hello I was asked to come here to add imput, but I don't know much about Mobay runnings. I however, do very much endorse JAMAICAN owned properties. I just spend zero time in Mobay, for me it is just where the airport is.

I guess technically, any of the Sandals properties are Jamaican owned.....

for non-A/I, the above mentioned Gloriana, Toby's, Altamont West and Polkerris are Jamaican owned....

ok well since i have nothin better to do but igle i did a lil research for you. since you mentioned the super-fancy Iberostar that made me think u lookin for a A/I type place .... so here's some locally O&amp;O properties around MoBay that fit that bill.

yea, spanish hotels, not that that is bad....they are all over Cuba too..... (clever business people!)....

but we rather stay in a local... to give them the money!

we need to make a list of Jamaican places.....
