supposedly there is, but it has not been enforced so ppl are carryin all kina 3 & 4 bags on and gettin away widdit. the airlines don't stop them at the security checkpoint, and neither are the cabin attendants. so ppl really pushin it lately and nobody is stopping them. so yeh, i say hittem in them pocketbook. that'll stop it for sure -
