Confirmed: The Police are warning the public to be on the lookout for counterfeit $1,000 notes, bearing serial numbers MP304521, LT416467 and PC966981. According to the police, these notes are being circulated in the Kingston Eastern and downtown Kingston areas. A number of these counterfeit notes were handed over to the police, after they were passed on to business operators in the specified areas. (Go-Jamaica)
