Let's start a thread why you need to get back to Jamaica.

Personally, I need to get back to see the people who are my friends there, the nature, the sand, the sea, the waterfalls, sky and stars at night....

All the places I haven't been to yet - Port Antonio, Blue Mountains, Zion Country.....

He's the last of his generation of original awtical Jamaican bushman. Spending weeks in the dense tropical brush of Portland working with just his machete, clearing land and digging yam hill. You would never never see him walking without his machete, dressed in his high knee water boots and carrying a crocus bag filled with ground produce on his head or shoulders.

Great idea for a thread! Sandi, I hope you can get a chance to get down to visit with your uncle. He sounds like someone I would totally enjoy.

I don't need to go right now cause I'm too busy these days, but when I do need to go, it will be because the Jamaica Dogsled Team is beckoning. I really want to go for a ride with Newton, Robb, and Germain.

Oh MY!! What I wouldn't give to have a nice pear. I need to get back to my man Ted. He is such a calming effect on me. But he and I agree that I need to get better before returning home.

Jamaica is ever so lovely! Yard Nice ... but Lord God is it HOT!! power cut Sunday night about midnight ... and never came back on till 8:00pm on Monday Night! *UGH*!! but - I had a mini hand held fan and screens upon my windows - finally ... it makes such a wonderful difference to have the windows open at night.

I am here until Jamaica makes me leave ... but that will be before the year end. Christmas Holidays with my son and family in the States, then who knows.

LOL ... I hope you meant "stop by" the beach to check me ~ you remember we have discussed this in the past ...
