Florence Dorn Died

My friend died this weekend.

Florence Dorn – age 95!

I volunteered in assisting Florence! We would do our errands together, bake cookies, play cards and just hang out and laugh. She was spirited, fun and mischievous.

I find peace in her words, “I am ready for the Lord to take me.”

She was a true inspiration and will be deeply missed.

My thanks to everyone here who helped cheer her on her birthday greetings and offered their support!

I would like to respond to each of you individually, but it takes me about 10 attempts to make one post. So, a big THANK YOU to everyone who sent their condolences.

And a heartfelt thank you goes out to all of you who took Florence into their hearts, either by thought or cards on her birthday. She really LOVED it and your efforts made her feel special!
