HELP!! Need transportation to Ocho Rios

Hi...I hope someone can offer some recommendations. I'm arriving to Montego Bay tomorrow evening and need transportation from the airport to Ochi. I'm arriving around 4:30.

I also need a reliable tour guide/driver for a day trip to Kingston from Ochi...
