Hello! I wonder if any of my old friends are still posting away?? Well, I haven't been on the board in years but I have a question: Whats a nice moderately expensive hotel in Montego Bay? My friend is taking her mother in June. Her mom is elderly and sometimes uses a wheelchair. I am looking for somewhere close to the beach and where she won;t have an extremely hard time being mobile. Thanks in advance for any info you can give

Hey Brownie. What's up? Good to see you again.

Moderately expensive? Not sure what range that is, but I like Rose Hall Resorts and Ritz Carlton. They are both right on the beach and away from the hip strip. A bit more subdued than being right on the strip. The staff at Rose Hall is top notch, extremely professional, yet still friendly.

There is also a RIU in Ironshore. I have never been there, but I have heard good reviews.
