Kingstone

It is in our plan to visit Jamaica. Could be on December. We are going to plan our tour and studyng about this beautifull Country. We are not sure to visit Kingstone. Is it dangerous? We would like it but we would not like to spend our days inside the hotel.

What could we do in Kingstone and what we should see? Thanks
