Where to go in Negril and surrounding area?

The following would be my recommendations for "tourist" visiting Negril.
For sightseeing, even thugh I don't care for the place at all , every tourist should experience Rick's Cafe for the sunset at least one time, just to say they have been. Also YS Falls or Mayfield Falls.
Staying at a Couples resort means all their meals are included but if they want to step out they could try Three Dives on the cliffs, Kuyaba on the beach, Ivans and Push Cart, also on the cliffs. All have good food IMHO.
Dance/Music etc..., there are live reggae shows directly on the beach every evening. They alternate sites but the events are advertised by signs and by guys and gyals walking the beach letting people know where to go that evening or just ask any cab driver to take them to the live reggae show on the beach. Across the road from the beach is the nightclub called the Jungle which caters to both Jamaicans and tourist. DJ downstairs and usually a band and/or dance performances upstairs on the rooftop. On Saturday nights there is a pretty good concert at the Seastar Inn which is on a road just off the cliff road.Last edited by My Looh; 07-30-2013, 04:09 PM.
