Yes Laurel. So far the nicest Coconut rum I have found!

It's perfect with Pineapple juice, of course. But also I've mixed it with Dole - Paradise Blend. You can find that in the refrigerated section of most supermarkets. Yummy!

Also have concocted a few varaitions with Mango & banana nectars.

Once we made Hot Chocolate laced with it and some whipped cream on the top. Since we were watching the winter olympics at the time, we called it a Jamaican BobSled.
