thank God Marion has been round the last couple times BabyMother has dropped in on us and has observed 'wha-gwon' ...

she does not like what she sees ...

she had a graduation for one of her children early in the day and insisted she come along with us to support me ~

of course - I had to keep myself in check .... NOT to allow my feelings to surface ~

as Daddy said ... she was thrilled to be able to have her birth-mother there for her special day ~

I have been round the school, her teachers, her friends for a long time, her father is always there ... gosh ... even my son has been at her school ~ so of course she was feeling extra special to finally have all this attention from her mother.

OK - nuff said .... moving on ....

a big rain came thru - they had a big tent set up ... but Lord Jesus - the mud that was left ...

Marion and I could not help ourselves ... we did have to BOAL ...

I had a big frozen bottle of water to keep me 'well watered' ... carried one often over my two week visit ... nuff hot.

this little one could just not keep up with all the speeches ~

things finally wrapped up ... we invited BabyMother to dinner with us ~ she declined, said she had to get back to her own home ...

we went home, BabyGirl went into her house to change, and her mother went off to Jacynth's house to change to travel back to Sav .... walking thru all the construction ... dang - if she did not step on a nail - went thru her shoe and into her foot.

we sent Girlie on her school trip day out after graduation ... fun day for her class ~

Mr. had a romantical plan for the two a we for that day ....

he had heard of a place over toward Montego Bay ... Nature Village Farm - a boat ride on the river ....

we traveled over ... did not find the correct destination at first, but found these ~









ever so lovely ... but - we had done this before, just not at this location. we sat for a bit and visited with the guys running the rafts ~

this property is a HUGE manicured lawn, bar and restaurant, and a river entrance for boats.

Mr. was a bit disappointed to find the "boating" was actually mountain river rafting ... in blow up boats ...

for adventurous sorts ... (maybe in a past life for me!!!)

Love the pics of the construction. Reminds me of our ordeal this past Sept thru March. What a darling girl even with the sour face. You are indeed a lady to keep mum with all the drama going on.

I can't see the pics from work. Nice likkle report Laurel. Kids in Sav had to wear their uniforms to graduate in. No fancy dresses over there.
