The sand gravity was extremely powerful this trip. There were entire <span style="font-style: italic">days</span> when the most strenuous thing we attempted was pulling our beach chairs back into the shade ....entire <span style="font-style: italic">days</span> when we were lost in the Jamaica Triangle of chair, sea and bar .....normally we're scootin' all about the place, seein' this, that, and the other, but I've gotten to the age where I've learned to listen to the messages my body sends me....my body said do nuthin', so I did nuthin' and did it well....

Lindy had a couple of plates of fried fish and chicken, rice &amp; pea, lettuce &amp; tomato waiting for us at the house ...sorry, no pics; we were <span style="font-weight: bold">really</span> hungry ....and soon enough, we were off to Negril.....


We immediately fell in love with the view from our room at For Real, as did a friend who was also staying there.....she jokingly told the groundskeeper that the almond tree in front of our balcony needed to be trimmed, so guess what he did?

At some point that nite, we hooked up with Seveen ( ), and had a bite at Miss Sonia's...Sonia showed up about half way thru dinner, absolutely radiant in her Sunday best!! (sorry again, no camera ) ... then we went to see whatever band was playin' that nite

Somewhere around 19-20 hours after we had awoken in NY, we went to sleep in Jamaica

<span style="font-weight: bold">JaMiss</span>, we saw Lee while we were up in Trevor's yard....he's stayin' strong ....Trevor's yard is lookin' good also; he has a new chain link fence around the property....all he needs to do now is put a gate at the end of the driveway....he also put new steps at the back door....

After all these years knockin' around Ja.com, we <span style="font-style: italic">finally</span> got to meet Laurel!



She's just so much fun to hang with...and if you think she's fun to talk to, you should her her sing &quot;The Tune of the Terrible Toad&quot;




This guy hopped next to the table while we were at Cosmo's....Laurel let out a shriek that left my ears ringin' for two days!!

We also managed to eat while we were there
