Lex, the coaster cover protects you from the odd house fly that might find your glass attractive to perch on.

It`s either the fly or what the coaster leaves on the rim of your glass.

Well, if you ever get to Junction, go check those folks out. The wife, who is Jamaican, i.e. she isn't of Chinese heritage, have the memory of an elephant. The second time we walked in there, she looked at me, laughed, and said: &quot;Chicken Chow Mien with some fried rice and a bottle of water for you&quot;. Yep, same thing I had seven days earlier. Great, great food at that place

I am very much aware of that Q and neither is appealing. Napkins would have been the better alternative.

YS Falls is one of those places that is simply picturesque; sort of like a photographer's dream. Taking pictures there the second time around, looking at things through 'different eyes', was just as delightful as the first.

BTW, the yellow yam with salt mackerel wasn't bad either! While there I tried to eat things I don't normally eat, and I really enjoyed it.

Is not mean, man. If someone didn't have, I would have shared, but thank God I didn't have to deal with that I LOVE my fruits...

BTW, re the coaster on top of the glass, I saw it in more than one place so it's probably a common thing, but I see your point though. Moral of the story: bless the food and drink before consuming

Life had gotten me too busy to read Jamaicans.com and I feel like I have come home once again reading these trip reports.

This one is especially great, seeing how others are helping in Jamaica.

Truly a wonderful report, CEW.....any words I might use have already been expressed, but It's great to have a report from another point of view &amp; for me to see parts of the island that I haven't as yet seen...those views around Lover's Leap are unbelievable!! After reading your report from last year, I was looking forward to what you would bless us with this year. You did not disappoint, last year we met Tyrone, this year we saw the ministering and fellow shipping, and sharing with others. Your storytelling and pictures are truly a wonderful thing, Thank you for sharing and reminding me of what its all about. You reminded me of a time long ago when life was a lot simpler, even here in the US. You Inspire me.

The roar of the water, admist all the tranquility, was still very special. Here, in a way, the silence was loud. I stopped for a couple of minutes, looking at what was around me, becoming even more aware of my own inner quietness. In that moment I got another glimpse into the truthfulness of the words, &quot;Be still and know that I am God.&quot; It really is the part of our design that, amidst the busyness of every day living, so many people seem to have become desensitized to.
