Another day in paradise!!! I am truly blessed and have never felt it more than I have these last few weeks

Even in the midst of so much trouble, poverty, crime... I feel safe, healthy, happy and at peace here in Jam Rock

Do not miss the 'western' world at all... miss some people though.

Not missing any of the conveniences of Canada either and thought I would...

Spending time in other parts of JA, and really enjoying seeing someting different Nine Miles was a very spiritual journey... loved the vibes there!

Hope u all r doing well and perhaps one day we will meet in JA!
