I'm in Negril... counting down the next few days for the event of my running year... the NEGRIL MARATHON! DWL!!

Jamaica nice as always... all over the place, from the east end to the west end. Got robbed first day mi reach but mi alright and got back the bag with passports, drivers licenses, TRN cards.... plus we made friends with two of Jamaica finest... police. LOL! I'm just happy to be here and away from the cold. A Jamaica break is always needed.

Mi soon come wid pictures but mi nah promise unnu nuh long drawn out trip report. (rungaawn)

just got back miself...was in negril last Thursday and ochi the rest of the weekend..come back hoarse up and tired..had to take a day off work...but yawd nice fi real.
