The following are some of the pics taken on my Christmas Trip home. Much of it was spent with family and friends. One of the nice things about visiting hme is that I stay with Mom and I don’t have to do much eating out because I get home cooked meals 24/7. What a life!! All except one of the Food Pics are home cooked. Loved it!

The Trip was good except one night I had to go to the Hospital after feeling bad for days – somehow I caught some serious bug from Jerk Chicken I bought on the street…Hhmmppphh!!

Thanks EP. It nyma ackee so til mi tyad. Everyday there were people showing up at Mommy's gate with Ackee for us. Jamaican people are so kind and neigbourly.

I did Lucea Grand Market 2007 - in the middle of the night.

Lord Jesus - I swore I would NEVER do another ... so - this year, while I could not reach - on Christmas Eve - all I could think was - 'they all reach Lucea this night without me ... wonder WhaGwon???'

Girl, those food pics are the bomb. Mi membah when I used to stand over the breadfruit watching it roast when I visited home, and cuddn't wait...**chukkle** to down it with some ackees and saltfish.

If jerk jerk right it shuddn mek yuh sick...mebbie yuh stomach forgot how to digest jerk :: anniways mi glad yuh feel bettah. I've had my share of running belly when mi go home...mostly the watah doah.
