We ended up taking a road that was SO mashed up, I was afraid the van would bottom out on one of the deep potholes. Always an adventure drivin a yaad.

On my first or second visit, mi fren bredda gi mi one sweetsop, im mada tell mi ie mean sumaddy love yuh if dem gi yuh sweetsop. Since den mi get one every time mi gone a yaad, dis time no diffrent. Dis time mi get one from im daddy an den 2 more fram mi fren. Mussi mek up fi lost time.

And another beautiful day comes to an end...




This trip I had some serious issues with insect bites. Skeeters were bad enuff, but I can usually deal with them between long pance, socks & insect spray. Something else was getting me this time that I was having bad reactions to. It felt like skeeter bites, but they turned to blisters and refused to go away. JMiss can vouch for how many big nasty bites I had on my legs. UGH!! Still unsure, but at this point I'm still healing but the itching has subsided.

Next day is Saturday?? "We" are cooking curry pork. I know, I know... wha name curry poak? Even mi oddah frens in GB nevah chry ie yet. But mek mi tell yuh is sweeeeet!!
Anyway, di bigger highlight of this day is meeting the girls!! Today JaMiss is driving in from Negril and carrying Orbra & her daughter Alisha & a new friend Lula.

More pan dis day later... mi affi run gawn a wuk soon!!
