Since mi part time travel partner insist on scandalin mi in her trip report, I gwaan do some scandalin of my own ova here

Anyways, long time since mi nuh go yaad...since december i been making plans and pushing back my dates and then canceling. so finally mi talk to one mad smaddy on the board an dem say dem goin be in ja mid march around my latest trip dates and want to see kingston...

so we decide fi link up so mi can drag har roun de place wid mi

Saturday: Day 1

went to sleep at about 2am and woke up at 4:30 to ketch the 7am flight to kingston. Got to the airport a little after 5 and I was thru to the boarding area by 5:30. Was expecting the lines at FLL to be out the door considering air jamaica have no more flights outta Miami..

Flight was on time...mi mek friend wid de male flight attendant and him gimi bare joke..

finally the pilot says, &quot;FA's prepare for descent into kingston&quot;

we arrived at 7:35....5 minutes early. Go Air Jamaica!!

Breezed thru customs and immigration. I was stressing because I was travelin with my liquor and told myself I would fight anybody that tried to take my drink away But the lady juss run har hands thru the bag an sen mi on my way.

My friend picked me up and we headed to drop off some stuff to my friend and cousin off constant spring rd.

Hung out there until it was time to head back to the airport to pick up Fancy. Her flight was running an hour late so we made a quick stop at HotPot to get some breakfast.

I had ackee n saltfish wid callaloo and food. Mi drink chocolate, pineapple and grapefruit juice

trust mi when mi say mi gain bout 9 lbs back sayka dis trip

Back at the airport mi walk out the whole a arrivals a look fi dis lady when all the time she did tan up outside the departures section

back in the car and my friend takes us to get the car I'll have for duration of the trip.

switched cars, got some directions to flat bridge from mandela highway and headed out 2pm

dunno what mi did do wrong but mi mek a wrong turn off one roun a bout an en up pon one unfamiliar road, so mi dbl back an tek de next exit off the roundabout and was on the right track..

the ride was decent..not too much cars on the road and the weather was nice. we pull off for few minutes and buy some food. I had jerk chicken, festival and carrot-ginger juice

finally mi reach ochi and checked in to rooms

we unpack, then head out thru the beachside to the public parking lot to walk up and down main street.

up to island village first, then to turtle river park...by this time it was dark and a bunch a tweens and teens was out there and nuff mosquito as well, so we buss a Uturn and head down the road and back to the hotel.

we've decided to get some grub, sleep and go to mville later that night. Area code 876 would be the sound playing

Ordered dinner from the hotel:
Curry shrimp, white rice and season veggies

every day there was a ship or 2 ...that can be good or bad news
