Thanks for the pics and report Ms. Marylyn...Mi wus not going to Ricks in August...but mi tinks mi NEED to go and uuumm watch the sunset...yeah the sunset!!! GOODNESS!!! I feel faint already and I have 31 more days to go!!


Also, where did you have fried chicken? it looks so good...I know, why go to Jamaica for fried chicken? lol...I have had he BEST fried chicken in mi life in Orange Hill, but for the life of me can't remember where the lil place was located! LOL.

Oh girl you are FUNNY

The chicken was fried by the chef at For REal. He doesn't put that sauce on his, but that is what makes real Jamaican fried chicken different from our fried chicken in the US, and therefore should be very much of one's vaction experience.

It really is...you CANNOT beat that beach and that water. Ochii can't touch that.

I call my friends in Ochii and tell them I am on the island, and they are all mad at me.

It's Negril next up again for New Years, cause that is where the party is.

Good to know. When I order, they might be shocked to know that I actually eat, considering I post up to drink at their bar anytime from the moment 3 bottles are placed on the shelves till my day ends

Thanks for taking the candy out of the wrapper very delish! I keep looking at the pics too, it's helping me to firm up my dates for the next 2 trips

Are you sure it was up in Orange Hill and not just down the hill? There is a little shop down the hill where a woman named Ettie cooks the BEST fried chicken. Everyone I know drives from Orange Hill to her shop. I wonder if you remember?
