Thanks for posting these pictures, like taking a trip through Jamaica (sigh)...

I have been wanting to go to Port Antonio and Zion Country by Manchioneal (sp?) for ages now, it's definately at the top of the (Jamaica) to-do list.

And thanks for that tip about the Ram Dass Healing Centre! A spiritual retreat in Jamaica is exactly what I have been looking for!
I immediately googled it and put it on my favourites (in the Jamaica folder of course ).

Would be great to spend some time there, did kundalini yoga at the centre here many many moons ago...

hi schultz, thanks, the grandchild is truly a gift . . . i loved roaring river. one of the young people in front of bar b barn came with us for the ride. we didn't do the caves, just the nature surrounding roaring river. now that i know how to get there, will do another run.

hi marielle, thanks. i actually ran into "free i" from zion country on my last day in porty. definitely worth a trip to zion. a good feel.
