No no rum cream..I was on my mango/carrot juice
that time of day. I did 2 of them every morning after
coffee. I also had my share of soups this trip.
Tried everybodies
Pumpkin and Pepperpot were my favorites

So much looks like it has changed and so much looks the same. SS is a relic in Ochi but still to me has so much charm. those views were wonderful. That place brings back so many memories and feelings. <span style="font-weight: bold"> It doesnt seem the same though without Cecil hangin round. </span>

Wondering if lata on I will be with the same person for 20 years I have a very short attention span

love Love LOVE all the photos and such ~

regarding the roasted breadfruit ... while I am no expert ~ I have had it 'roasted' on just about anything the burns.

Bim has placed it right on the open flame pon the stove top while roasting it in the kitchen. I have seen Fire and his crew make a fire of wood up round Aunty Peggy's yard ... the iron / steel of the car wheel .... some fire wood or fire coal smoking hot & burning embers ... and the breadfruit just placed upon the burning embers .... they turn it, and turn it often ... "blacken" the entire outside of the fruit skin ... and then the skin is peeled off.

I found this photo via 'google' ... this shows it roasting up on a grate over a fire.

I SECOND that - rafting was great!!! (very relaxing) and I made it to Leroys on two nights!!
I was SO tired from my trip that first Saturday - but I was a ready to parteeeee at Leroy's and that I did!!!

Ms. Jamaica Jewel brought over her designs for me to look at - my guess is she thought that may take me a good 10 minutes or so - and TWO hours later - much laughter (possibly some wine) and we were done. I have to TOUCH everything!!!! Her jewelry is fabulous - bought a pair of earrings!!! Fell in love with all of them. ...

Because I make jewelry as well, closer inspection was required than just a regular showing!
