OMG - how awesome it must have been to wake up to a view like that everyday!!!! - we lived in Plantation Heights (when mi move go Kingston to live wid mi big bredda) but we nevva have a view like that - just other houses

Here's a video I took with my iPhone this morning from the balcony. My old bedroom has a french door that opens on to this balcony but everything looks all shabby and weathered now

Yes, mi used to wake up to dat every morning and go to bed with Kingston lights way ovah yandah every night But during the days when tings were hard, it was awful to reach up here And boyfren dem doan like mi live up dehsoh Soh by di time mi reach UWI an live on campus, tings change likkle bit

Last night it was delightful really to sit outside on the ol bruk down patio by the pool at night with a bottle of wine, my sisters, and brother-in-law. We were laughing and talking way into the miggle night It is just lovely to just chill in cool night air outside.

This morning a neighbor dropped by with some ripe june plums just for me. Let me explain. You see, we had breakfast last Saturday and several neighbors came by. I was eating a ripe june plum with salt and I told everyone that if they touched MY june plums, I will cut dem ross . So the neighbor stopped by on his way to work and told me, &quot;Well, PZ, no one needs to die now &quot;

What Jamaica Trip Report is complete without di Lizzad Pikcha Dis was on di balcony wid mi nephew's football. I don't mind these lizards. In fact, I think this is the same one that crawls into my room during the day

Is six of us SandiF One sister and her family live next door so that you don't know where one property ends and the other starts.

And Mommy always have people round her and dog, puss, parakeet, kestrel, duck, fowl,

If I'm up to it, I'll take and post pics tomorrow. Tomorrow mi haffi tek Mommy to hair dressah, eye dactah, pharmacy, etc. etc. Is my turn to be at her beck and call
