Lawd look how yuh ago mek mi bawl dis early inna di morning. Do yu know what happened on the way to the airport?
First of all Mom was crying but mi tell unu plenty time sen mi Mom bawly bawly (like miself yah) and it was a heart wrenching goodbye
But what tore me up was on the way to the airport.. Jan was sitting in the backseat and I thought she was humming a song. Turned down the radio only to hear her bawling her eyes out. When I asked what was wrong she said she missed her Grandma. Mi start di bawling same time
..had to pull over and go to the back set and consoled her. Man that was a rough day

There was no doubt that I was in the middle of election fever. And PNP Billboards dominated. I barely saw JLP signs and if I passed nay they were small in size .. barely visible.
Passing Bobby Pickersgill Headquarters in Linstead . Lawd is man has been in office since mi was a piackney.

A PNP supporter passed him and was yelling <span style="font-weight: bold">"Lickle bawy goh tek aff dat dirty shirt. Yuh noh si seh a di wrang cola. Green noh fit yuh"</span> Dat was funny. Which brings me to a point to say that I have to give Jamaican kudos fro conducting themselves in such a jovial spirit during the campaign. No war bruck out .. very quiet and peaceful 
Everybady jus a ramp wid dem wan aneda in good fun.

Den it is election day, Dec 29th and a peica flu lick mi
Jan got sick earlier and she got better, she then passed it on to me. Well, Dec 29th was a good day to get sick because I planned to stay home anyway. What came to my rescue was a package ironically wrapped in PNP and JLP colors

Mommy heard that the PNP was up by 8 seats and growing. Mi hear Mommy a tell di smaddy on the phone seh shi cyan tun aan di TV to how she nervous. Shi fraid di watch it an di lady muss call har back an tell har di final results.
I was like Mommy tun aan di TV an si di ting fi yuhself. Soh wi get har in front a di TV finally and shi noh stap commentate pan everyting shi a si. Look at Jan jus so fascinated with Mom's reactions.
Mi had to capture Sharon Hay Webster a bawl pan TV. She could not believe di beaten shi get
Not even half time an ketch di score! Blurtneet!! We were stunned. Andrew really get a whopping. Im battam muss sore all now.

Anyway ...that's were I end the report. Wish I could share some more but unu know how it goh. Some tings have to hold back
I will let my brother know he has some prospects here on Jamaicans.com. I am sure he will be ecstatic even if mi tell im seh unu a some ole foot!

Exced .. mi neva worry bout di war ting enoh cause mi know it was quiet from the start. It just that some a di links weh mi did set up flop out cause they didn't want to do anything in the election week. Dat was what was ticking me off. I pretty much was home not doing anything for about 3 days in that week
