Re: costa rica and panama
Absolutely mesmerized by your photos and the beauty of the area!...especially LOVE the pics of the first house with the thatched roof....so full of space & light and beautiful wood...wonder why houses like this are not built in Jamaica....I, for one, would love to do a quality house built from bamboo with a thatch roof (done by someone who knows what they're doing). Thanks so much for that awesome show!...also, do you know the name of the palm with the red fronds?...gorgeous! Re: costa rica and panama
You must mean this bamboo,I think? very interesting yard, owned by Harmony Hall Jamaica we loved it. No hurricanes in this area, might be a big reason for a lot of open air houses, and also on stilts over the water.

finaly figured out how to post pics photobucket easy

Re: costa rica and panama
Great pics. Thanks for sharing. I recently returned from Cozumel, Costa Rica and Panama. The locks were awesome. Enjoyed the peeps in Costa Rica. Met a cute little 9 year old who guided my girlfriend and me around Colon. We tipped him good. Sorry, don't have pics. Camera is acting up.
