Thanks for the memories Dave. I spent 2 years living in Memphis after college. It's a town with character. Most people have a love-hate relationship with it.

I'm concerned that I don't see any pictures of you guys having shredded pork BBQ sandwich at Interstate BBQ, or it's slightly worse but still good competitor, Corky's. Please tell you you got some BBQ in Memphis.

Magic, Seveen is right...homemade!!

we were only there a short time, so it was hard to get a real feel for the place...as for love/hate...I think visitors love it and residents hate it

Dave, been immersing myself in 60s soul music the last couple of days and remembered that you had a picture of STax studio. I'm just blown away that this place that looks so innocuous spawned such great music.(Sam &amp; Dave's Soothe Me is my fave song at the moment.)

Thanks so much for sharing this. A virtual tour through Memphis, which is great cos I would love to visit it one day, but the reality is, I probably never will.....

What an incredible history that place has.
