Snow White does Atlanta

So, I decided I needed to have to R&R time this summer because life has been kinda hectic lately. I really needed to just take some serious downtime and focus on me for awhile. I thought power shopping for shoes would do the trick.

I figured a 5 day break in Atlanta with MarieK would do the trick My 5 day mini-break turned into a 10 day romp in Georgia

alright, many people on the board are under the impression that most people on the board are very different off the board.....Well incase any of you are wondering, this doesnt hold true for MarieK She is a madd somebody both off and on the board Matter of fact, she is much tamer on the board, so you are all lucky!

So the first few days of the trip were a bit of a blur. I didnt get any sleep before leaving because I had a ton of work to complete before I could take off. Matter of fact, I had to take a bit with me cause not all of it was done .

Nevertheless, when I got to Atlanta airport I had an entourage there to greet me: MarieK, mummy Mariek, daddy, MarieK, and cousin Mariek To say the apple doesnt fall from the tree is an understatement

We drove around for a bit and then mummy MarieK picked out a restaurant for us to dine in.

I get to MrsMarieK's house and see this sign posted on the garage door as an omen of things to come

Since I was pretty beat, I really wanted to spend a couple of days just chilling and relaxing for a bit. The neighborhood was really quiet and nice plus the backyard was a gardener's paradise I almost felt to kick out MMK, move in and do some serious planting about the place. I spent time out on the back deck just taking in the Georgia sun and heat
