loads of churches in Pelourinho, this was a beautiful courtyard in one of them, made with portuguese azulejos (blue tiles)

reggae plaza right in the middle of Pelourinho - with cafe.....but no (reggae) music, cos the Americas (football) Cup was on so they were all watching that....brazil, after all

they won too! and the party atmosphere was great....

another great beach, this one way up north (couple of thousand miles?...) by Natal

we rented a buggy with chauffeur and went tearing over the dunes
