Michigan Renaissance Festival

Last weekend Mommy and I went to the Michigan Renaissance Festival. It’s an annual festival that has been going on for the past 30 years. It was a step back to the 15th century, from jousting and archery to the eating of Turkey Legs. Here are a few pics, sans narrative. (Sorry CEW.)

Such a little cutie in his kilt. I tried to get a full shot of him but he was moving too fast.

There were actually men in the middle of this children’s ride who was pushing it to make it spin. lol.

It was so funny to see love-struck teens dip their entwined hands together in the wax.

Sorry, not much to narrate on. There wasn't any archery taking place at the time I was there, but they did have booths set up where the patrons could if they wanted to.





If you look closely you see this guy with a turkey leg.

This guy seriously stood motionless for a good 5-7 mins in a staring contest with the mannequin. Guess who won. Lol.

Walking along, I heard Mommy say “Churchgirl, coo yah”. This man was walking along with a plastic chicken on string. I laughed so hard. lol.



Moments later I was attacked by the dust fairy.
