Re: Fall Pics
Alright, alright, I'll start!
There's a nature preserve near my work, which is just absolutely serene and peaceful. I stopped there this morning. It was crisp and exactly what the doctor ordered to start the day off. I had a smile on my face and on my heart the whole walk through. Come go with me.

Really gorgeous
The preserve really looks quite (and lonely), and should be a lot of fun to walk through though, while exercising caution of course.

Re: Fall Pics
They really are beautiful Bandanna and Compry and words cannot describe the serenity I felt walking through the preserve. It was just so awesome to experience God's beautiful Earth.
CEW, it is pretty quiet and can certainly be lonely at times. On my way from work when I stop, there's more activity but when I went yesterday morning there was only one parked car and when I entered I saw the guy leaving, which means I was there by myself. The funny thing is when I first went there, it seemed so spooky and there were others there; however, yesterday when I was there by myself I was totally at peace and just took it all in without any trepidations whatsoever. It's a really great place.
I have a few more to post and will do so later.

Good stuff; still yet, with all those trails and stuff, be careful when you're there by yourself! Looking forward to checking it out at some point.aka ChurchDude. I want that moniker back! Until then....

Re: Fall Pics

I thought of Robert Frost's poem "The Road Not Taken" when I took this one.
TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
