Last Thursday was the beginning of the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation's annual Festival of Trees

I try to take my two favorite rugrats each year. They have lots of fun getting sugar drunk and when I am finished corrupting them I send them back to their parents

The kids gont mini cast made for their fingers. The hospital foundation has booths set up for the kids to get a glimpse into what happens if they were ever sick and needed a visit to the hopital. They make casts, listen to their heartbeats, get to hold a baby in an incubator, etc. It is a bit intimidating for the kids - my goddaughter clung to me and refused to participate in most things - but overall it is a great way to get kids familarized with hospital equipment in a non-intimidating evironment.

they were a bit "high" by 9pm, but hey, I didnt need to get them into their beds

I do have a lot more pix to post. Hopefully, photobucket will be a bit more cooperative today than it was last night.
