Hey Bizi, I did both. Cruised twice and by plane many times. It was my spot before Jamaica. Paradise Island is basically wall to wall hotels, resorts, villas gated communities and shops. A tiny island where you can walk/tour in a day. The atlantis is something to see. The aquatic life they keep is amazing. The night life is comparable to a cruise ship club
