walking down the street to the Washington Monument



tripped me out to see all the vendor shacks...dunno why but i wasn;t expecting to see ppl sellin on the streets of DC. But it's a tourist destination so..

walked to the crossway to go to the washington monument but then I couldn't bother...so i just took some pics from the street

went to lincoln memorial..didn't take no pics...my cam was trippin by then and i want a lil charge for the next day

when I was done with the sightseeing.

i bought a strawberry lemonade icee from a vendor then walked back to the metro station.
exited at the pentagon and took a look around. someone showed me where the plane allegedly flew into the bldg.

Talk about a secured place \o/No picture takin allowed even if i could.

I was promised by someone dat if mi eva return to DC, I would get a personal tour of the inside

went back to my friend dem place to rest for lil bit, then we went to the mall grabbed some grub at the food court then went to the spa to get a massage

Now I get massages in FL quite often but nothing like wah ms Faye put pon mi dat saturday evening i swore i died and went to heaven..couldn't even move when my hour was up. Had to give her a nice tip

BTW, the cherry blossoms (trees) are all along the mall at the reflecting pool if I'm not mistaken. Dem a famous sinting deh a DC.
