I learned to ride back in the day, had a permit, was gonna buy a Harley...
Took down 30 feet of chainlink with my brother's Kawasaki GPZ and thought I'd be better surrounder by steel.
I always loved riding on the back of motorcycles tho. Great fun!!

Nan - his bike is a Suzuki C50 Boulevard - he then modified it from there to make it more of a long haul cruising bike. I guess he is still adding to it.
I'll post some more bike pictures a bit later.
Q.K. - that is why I used to be afraid to get on the back of one
I thought with my luck it would not end well but now I am a bit more relaxed with it. He takes his time and doesnt try to scare me so I am cool with it.

Tried to get a shot as we were going around a bend but it didnt quite work out. I am not so good on the bike to multitask like that. As you know, you always need to lean in the same direction as the rider otherwise it is wipe out city because you will throw the bike balance off. So remembering to lean and operating the camera at the same time...well the coordination isnt there yet
Not sure if this is a duplicate. All the pix are starting to look alike now

I traveled thru that area when Egghead was prolly still a gleam in his daddy's eyes.
Its real nice there.

I think Alberta is really beatiful country. No one can tell me otherwise All of Canada is gorgeous to me - except Saskatchewan - but hey, we cant be perfect
Egghead and his wife rode to Jasper and Banff last week and really enjoyed it. I was disappointed that my SIL didnt take any pictures once they got to the national park because those would have been spectacular

I used to love riding with my brothers on their bikes... learned to ride when I was 10 an my feet could not touch the ground
Then I dated a guy who used to race dem
I have not been on one in over 15 years though - you brought back some good memories
Love, love love the pics! I almost feel like I was there with you - just a nice ride on a nice sunny, summers day - I can almost smell it!

It was a truly nice day. We had a lot of fun hanging out together.
The weather was perfect for riding. And there was little traffic on the secondary roads. Open roads and blue skies
If my butt didnt get so sore i would have loved to have continued all the way to Red Deer - about an hour and a half away. They have this great Mexican restaurant on the edge of the city wlhich was our first aim.
Instead we stopped in at Wendy's in Camrose and he bought me a Frosty
After that he BBQ's at his house.
Dad had a motorbike when he was young lad too so I tihnk it is in Egghead's blood. Egghead is a total hardcore Extreme Sports kinda guy.
What is with Jamaican men and motorbikes and all things dangerous
-But dad said he would sell it the first time he wiped out and wiped out he did. Mom was happy from what she tells me
I am learning to dig it now Before I was so scared because I have seen a few really bad motorbike accidents but then you learn alot of times it happens because some one was being reckless 
I look forward to our little trips now
