The Bahamas - Nassau and Paradise Island

The Bahamas was not on my top list of places to go visit but my husband has always wanted to go. We also thought that the amount of activites at Atlantis would keep our 3 year old son busy. It was a great trip but I missed Jamaica every single day I was there. Luckily I was able to go visit the Bob Marley resort and feel the Jamaican vibe for a couple hours.

Here are some pics from the Bob Marley Resort in Nassau (not sure why they posted so small). It's a beautiful place with a very Jamaican feeling. Would definitely stay there next time.

Atlantis Resort and the beautiful beaches. We stayed at The Reef at Atlantis and it was actually a very quiet and peaceful place.

I've never had a desire to go to the Bahamas either, but the Atlantis resort looks interesting as AIs go.
Did you go on the water slide that takes you thru the shark tank?
