We were up early up the next morning. We would take an Easyjet flight into Switzerland. I had friends who worked in Switzerland but lived in North France. Imagine commuting between countries..lol. They picked us up from the airport and after a tour around Geneva we were off to their home on the border of North France. Their home was in the hills (could be mountains) and have a very nice view. They had a party planned for that evening as their daughter, who was studying in London, was also coming in. I took a nap before the festivities. There was about 15 other Jamaican who came to the party. The discussions were mainly around the Dudus situation and moving back to Jamaica. Most of them were looking forward to moving back to Jamaica. The food was good. They had curry goat. I brought some of the blue draws my grandmother cooked. It was a hit. I took a walk around the village after a big meal. It was very quiet. I did not encounter anyone on the road however there were some kids playing soccer at a field near my friend’s home. We played games including dominoes late into the evening.
