Re: John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon
It was time for me to come home and take care of my own dogs, shower and get ready for the finish line Red Lantern Party at Billy's. I put on a whole lot of miles during this week chasing the dogs, but I have things pretty much set up I can stay on the go without a hitch and things slowing me down. I knew I would miss seeing Colleen come in but what do you do...I have to take care of my own dogs while I'm running around chasing everyone else!

In the blink of an eye it was dark, and we were waiting on Odin to come in, and the red lantern was in place to welcome him in...
Inside, my friend Patti and her band Inukshuk Pass was playing and Patti was singing my favorite song...one she wrote specifically for Beargrease! If you are so inclined, you can hear Patti's beautiful song here...it tells the story so well it brings a tear to my eye.
