Nice to see your name. My best friend in the whole wide world, where have you been, how is life?
I am using a Canon 1Ds, I still have the old 10D. Canon lists it as Obsolete. Things and times move so fast in the Digital World.

I was coming forward, from out of town when I spotted this unfortunate cat on a hot tarmac. It reminded me of a photo I copied from the NET back in the day and blamed it on Canada.

So after going about two and a half miles I whipped around parked in someone's driveway and shot the scene.
Maybe I will start posting more pics.

I tell you that is why some of us wish for Marcia to come back from the dead. There is a rule about X-Rated stuff, there is a rule against stalking. What is the rule about poor taste?
I find many of the postings here in (not in this forum) poor taste I don't have to read or view them if I choose not.

The photos of the dead cat mashed up in the road were offensive.

And the title of the thread certainly gave the reader no clue as to what they would see upon opening the thread.

I've been good, just been here, actually trapped here cause my van is broken and there has been snow on the roads and ground for 2 months. I think i moved to a place where the ideas for heaven and hell came from [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif[/img] How've you been.

oh nice camera, definitely a step up from the 10d i'd love to see more of your pics and i can salivate over your gear. can use your lenses from the 10d? or is it 3/4 frame and the 1Ds full frame?
Do share if you feel up to it.

We end up with allot of road kill up here although most of it is wild animals but i have found myself documenting the little tragedies too. lots of poaching up here as well.

I think I posted in the wrong forum anyway. These two have been known to power trip, especially g.o.d.

Anyway the 1Ds is Full-Frame. I was going to buy a 5D which is Full-Frame as well, but Canon won't confirm to anyone whether it is environmentally sealed or anything like that.

The reason why I first bought a 10D is the same reason I will keep supporting the Canon Pro/ProSumer Cameras. The EF Lens System fits all the current models and looks to do so in the future. It seems they will keep the new EFs Lens System on the Rebel and its cousin the 20/30D, but the higher priced 5D and the Pro-Models will be kitted out with the EF-EOS.

The lenses are still very expensive and worse since Canon has two Systems on the market.
I still want to do something with you line drawings, I want you to send them to me in CMX, CDR, DXF, EP or any Vector Type.

Sorry about your snowbound life, you need to get back to Civi.
From the looks of it you cannot post dead things here, so you will have to find less in-appropriate subjects.
