Arlo's short Sasquatch hunt....

WEDNESDAY: 3 hours in a lawyers office giving a deposition to an attorney who made me feel like a criminal for getting my truck totalled by an idiot 2 yrs. ago [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/bexbad.gif[/img]

THURS: still no hot water here since Monday, since we're waiting for a part for the "new" water heater... [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif[/img]

FRIDay: LB develops a bad case of food poisoning from the food I cooked last night, so she calls in "sick" and we have to flee to the Olympic peninsula so she can recover, with the faeries in the rainforest while I search for the elusive Sasquatch....Sooooooo....here we go!

....The map....gotta take a ferry from the east side of Puget sound (Edmonds) over to Kingston (jus north of where MrsOchi lives, methinks)...an then cross the Hood Canal floating bridge to head up toward Port Townsend and the Port Angeles area....

I was wonderin if you were online Ochi!..Ha!........so, we flew through Port Townsend in a flash cuz they were preparing for a visit from the Governor....and as we were heading up Hurricane Ridge (in the National Park) ...I remembered I had my camera. Ochi....here's where we found the cure...over near the Hoh river in the rain Forest....a RARE HERB!....it took a bit of time to find, ya know.....

..actually, I think I first pulled my camera out at the marina here (I marked it on the map)....


I happened to look up at some trees in the distance and saw a wierd clump of "something" on the top of one tree....


...so I moved a bit and zoooooomed in as much as my cheap camera would allow.....



...not a sasquatch.....

looking back to Ediz Hook (wildlife sanctuary)east of Port Angeles, on the Straights of Juan de Fuca...looks like my camera got wet or something?
