Ok I figured it out. I sent them an email through aol with the pictures in it rather than on their website form. They should get them now. Maybe a free ticket would make me feel better [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

Why dont you reverse engineer and call the corporate office saying you are trying to send them an email and it keeps bouncing back, most executives assitants will not give it a second though, then ask for the the email address of the VP or another executive, not saying its the right thing to do but once you have one person email you simply search thier corporate listing easy in a public company (I can show you by PM) and type in the name of the person who have some pull send them a professional but assertive email (attach pics and copy of ticket showing date and flight number) that you have been subjected to unacceptable service and threaten to embarass them on channel 7 news or some other comsumer rights tv show.

I had an apartment returned back to me this way (at the height of the SF rental wars) after the manager at the site tried to say my unit I put a deposit on was still under construction and take or leave a much smaller unit, where there is a will there is a way.

never been to st augustine... is that the panhandle area of florida?? always wanted to see that... well anywhere with beach and sea... i want to see..

no babes those are all I took. On beach day I was so bumed about my Mom I couldn't take any.

Nina it is very near Jacksonville. You would have a photgraphy field day there.
