ROAD TRIP HELP

So hear de setup. Bunch a friends a mine are going on a road trip. About 5 of us from Bklyn wanna go somewhere. Don't know where yet. So I am soliciting your suggestions and feedback and ting.

We bout to meet up Saturday and plan. Shout mi wid unu ideas. And we nuh really wanna stay on the East Coast either. Thanks

Well we have the entire Summer but as I imagine we will use only about a week.

not sure how much each of us would spend but I think $500 would be the minimum

If you only have a week...maybe just pick one spot you all can agree to stay at (as a base),....and take day trips from there.

you should consider setting aside just a little time each day that you're actually on the road...imo, a road trip is partly about the unexpected stops along the way [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70371-jump.gif[/img]

You need 3 weeks fi mek a West Coast road trip happen. And the problem with that is the whole east side of the country is boring to rhatid. It don't start to get interesting until you reach the mountains.

With one week FL sound like a good plan. Go to south FL caw north part fayve 'the south' too much. Miami side you get the nightlife when you want it, the yard food, and also beach and bush (everglades).

Mi nuh know is what kinda car yuh a drive but 5 ppl seem too mcuh fi a road trip. Unu ago drive each other mad. Mi would limit to 4.

It gwine tek you bout 17hrs fi drive NYC to MIA so yuh might jus as well stop somewhere fi di nite.

One week? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70402-thinking.gif[/img] Despite the number of drivers, spending too much time on the road can be exhausting. I would probably do Boston (MA), Vermont, and Rhodes Island. Shouldn't be too exhaustive for the time you guys are looking at. Ohio is also a pretty cool state to visit.

Take 10 days and rent a Hummer.
Drive to Vegas and use that as your hub to explore the Grand Canyon ect

<span style='font-size: 11pt'>Arite I'm a check dem out wid Florida. Cause mi know people a Florida. Now that should be fun. I hope they'll go for it. The truck will be able to hold 6 people - actually more but if we get somm like a navigator we can ave two pan each row. Now smaddy seh humma; nice but de ting drink gas! I'm trying to borrow ma mom's car but she nah budge. It's big enough fi hole 4.
