KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Orane Blackwood surprised his girl friend of three years, Shanna-Lee Williams, with a marriage proposal at the Oxford Road finish line of the Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run in New Kingston on Sunday. Williams accepted as Blackwood went on his knees in front of hundreds of participants after waiting some time at the finish line to pop the question and openly declare his love.
