New officers of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force (JCCF) were commisisoned at a ceremony held Saturday at Up Park Camp -- headquarters of the Jamaica Defence Force. Sponorship cheques for the JCCF's Caribbean Camp 2014 were also handed over at the ceremony, which had Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller as guest speaker.
