Scammer said he was from Jamaica Publishers Clearing House

KINGSTON, Jamaica – A report on the ABC 7 Denver website is warning US nationals that there is no such entity as a Jamaican-based Publishers Clearing House. *The caution came from a local District Attorney after a constituent received a fraudulent phone call, the report said.
