After a bruising battle in Parliament that spurred a walkout by Opposition members of Parliament (MP), the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) plans to make a last-ditch bid to Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller to rescind the appointment of Velma Hylton, QC, to the Commission of Enquiry into the 2010 military operation in West Kingston.
