KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Opposition Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) on Tuesday welcomed the probe by the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) into allegations of extra-judicial killings by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), as well as the commitment of the police high command to cooperate fully with the investigations.
