Police make more arrests in drivers’ licence probe
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- For the second time in as many weeks, personnel from the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Task Force (MOCA) have made arrests in an ongoing probe into irregularities surrounding the granting of new and upgraded drivers' licences.
