Jamaica Observer online readers have weighed in on Energy Minister Phillip Paulwell's reaction to a decision by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to withhold funding from the 360-megawatt project amid concerns over the bidding process. Addressing journalists Tuesday, Paulwell said that IDB's position was a "a damnation on the country". Here are some edited comments.
